Earn $100 per employee at the company you referred. Maximum referral bonus of $20,000.

Who: Everyone is encouraged to participate.

What: Introduce Human Capital to a decision-maker at a third-party company. You may not refer yourself or anyone at your current employer.

The referral bonus will be issued once your referral has been with Human Capital for 90 days and has successfully processed its first payroll. Referral payments are typically issued within 90 days from the date of the referral’s first payroll.

*NOTE: There is no limit on the number of companies you can refer.

If the referred company decides not to partner with Human Capital, was an existing client, or was referred by someone else, you are not eligible for the referral bonus.

If the company you refer hires more employees after they become a Human Capital client, we will not compensate you for these additional employees.

How: You’ll be paid via check sent to the address provided. For payments greater than $600, Human Capital is required to issue an IRS Form MISC-1099. In this instance, a representative will reach out to gather additional details.
