The first step in the HR assessment process begins with an audit of current human resource issues, problems, or deficiencies. This includes a review of such items as an employee handbook, policy and procedures documents, and employee files. Our HR specialists will identify what needs to be addressed and create a priority list. The specialists will then work on developing a system to establish best practices and pinpoint areas which need immediate improvement. This HR audit process follows a specific schedule which will become the road map to update all documents, set policies, and establish compliance mandates.
